Find a PayPal purchaser missing in ViewLift

1. Log into the PayPal account for inbound payments at PayPal.com

2. Click on Activity and then click on All Transactions:

There is a drop-down menu to select the criteria for your transaction search. You can also leave it to the default of All.

Once you find the transaction, and click into the transaction details, then click in to the View Recurring Payment Details link for ongoing SVOD transactions:

View and capture the subscriptionID (copy + paste):

Now log into ViewLift TOOLS in the new UI of the USERS section. In the Search By drop-down, choose Payment Unique ID as your search criteria:
