What will happen?
A table shows stream-level QoS data for the customer's recent sessions, including quality metrics and performance indicators.

Prerequisites
- A support session must be active for the customer
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to the Content QoS tab
Open the customer detail view and select the Content QoS tab from the sidebar.
Step 2: Review QoS metrics
The table shows stream-level quality data for the customer's recent sessions.

Step 3: Sort and paginate
- Toggle sort order between DESC (newest first) and ASC (oldest first).
- Use pagination controls to navigate through session records.
Expected Behavior
- Data defaults to sessions from the last 2 days.
- This is a read-only view.
Edge Cases / Notes
- Date window: The data shown covers the last 2 days of streaming activity by default.
If Something Goes Wrong
- No data showing? → The customer may not have streamed any content recently. Check the watch history tab to confirm.
- Slow to load? → The reporting API processes large datasets. Give it a moment.
