Review a customer's watch history and saved watchlist items.

Who is this for?

Support agents troubleshooting playback issues or verifying content access.

When do I use this?

When a customer reports they can't find content they watched, or when you need to verify their viewing patterns.

What will happen?

A paginated table shows the customer's watch history (content they've viewed) or watch list (content they've saved for later).
:::

Prerequisites

  • A support session must be active for the customer

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to the Watch History or Watch List tab

Open the customer detail view and select either:

  • Watch History — content the customer has viewed
  • Watch List — content the customer saved for later

Step 2: Review the activity table

The table shows content titles and the date each item was added or watched. Use pagination to navigate through the list.

Expected Behavior

  • The displayed data depends on which tab is active (Watch History or Watch List).
  • Both are read-only views.
  • Pagination controls are available for longer lists.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • "No watch history found" → The customer hasn't watched any content, or history tracking may not be enabled for this site.
  • "No watch list found" → The customer hasn't added any items to their watchlist.
