The Player Page delivers a central hub of player statistics and profile information, accessible across multiple sections of the platform. Users can browse player headshots, rankings, and stats, and explore detailed profiles that highlight personal info, achievements, and associated content. Navigation is streamlined, supporting deep content exploration and player engagement with clear modules, interactive CTAs, and community features.

Steps to Configure
Player Information Management
Go to Content > Admin > Person
Open an existing or create a new player record.
Configure Player Info
Add full name, nickname, age, height, weight, sport type.
Assign tags and categories as needed.
Upload Images
Upload player poster, headshot, and country flag.
Add Additional Details
Enter first/last name, nickname, age, height, weight, hometown/playing out of, description/bio, and wins & losses record using the additional info dropdown.
Customize Fields
Extend player records with custom modules or fields through collaboration with the ViewLift team as required.
Player Page Configuration
Go to AppCMS > Template > Template Builder
Search and open the “Player Detail Page.”
Configure VL Person Detail Module
Add/edit tab titles and types.
Add social icons with title and URL.
Adjust the number of columns for each platform and modify font settings.

Clicking any player image or name navigates to the Player Page.
Standalone Leaderboard Page:
View all player rankings across various contexts.
Clicking player names or images brings up detailed Player Pages.
Search Page:
Search for players by name or keyword, with headshots shown for direct navigation.
Roster Page:
Search or browse featured players with visible stats, such as wins, losses, or draws.
Player Page Structure
Player Card
Displays poster, headshot, country flag, full name, nickname, career notes, social media CTAs, follow/back/share buttons.
Player Tabs Section:
Below the card, customizable tabs configured in CMS:
Details: Biographical information, stats, social links, highlights, images.
Matchups: Upcoming and completed match cards, with visual win/loss indication.
Stats: Performance analytics and key data.
Videos: Player-related video content.
News: Latest articles related to the player.
