Log into your TOOLS account and go to AppCMS. Click on SETTINGS from the left rail vertical menu and then click on FEATURES.
Scroll down to the Embedded Code and Embedded Styles section, and this is where you can drop your site-level code:
The Embedded Code field allows for custom Java script insertion for global site impact.
The Embedded Styles section allows for custom CSS code insertion, for global site impact.
