# Geography

Use the **Quality of Service** > **Geography** report to check the overall streaming quality and network latency by **City**, **Country Subdivision**, and **Country** for a set report range.

Click on the **Day**, **Week**, **Month** tabs in the graph area to get reports by day, week, and month.

For a geographic overview of your audience. you can use your GA/Firebase dashboard, it is captured in **Analytics** > **Audiences**.

Live games are typically configured with geo-restrictions. If a user is having trouble watching a game, you can request them to share their device info, zip code, and IP Address (use a service like [https://www.whatismyip.com](https://www.whatismyip.com)).
