# Find a PayPal purchaser missing in ViewLift

1. Log into the PayPal account for inbound payments at [PayPal.com](https://www.paypal.com)
2. Click on **Activity** and then click on **All Transactions**:

There is a drop-down menu to select the criteria for your transaction search. You can also leave it to the default of **All**.

Once you find the transaction, and click into the transaction details, then click in to the **View Recurring Payment Details** link for ongoing SVOD transactions:

View and capture the subscriptionID (copy + paste):

Now log into ViewLift TOOLS in the new UI of the USERS section. In the **Search By** drop-down, choose **Payment Unique ID** as your search criteria:

This will locate the user account:
