Set up a churn banner for users whose subscriptions are in the canceled or suspended states. Clicking on the banner will trigger the subscription flow, redirecting users to the View Plans page.
Editorialize the churn banner text
Navigate to Generic Messages > Error and Validation Messages to change the default text.
Enable churn banner
Set the Extended Subscription Banner toggle as true from AppCmsConfig → Settings → Features.
Churn banner is applicable only on the Web and mobile apps. As click-through operations are discouraged on TV apps, churn banner is not made available on TV apps.
