Top Content

The Real-Time Top Content report displays a list of your top-performing content, broken down by Video Title, Series Title, Genre, Fast Channel, and Platform.  To use the report, navigate to the Real-Time section of Dashboard360, and click Top Content.

The real-time chart is by default based on the last 30 minutes of play data. You can change the default time frame as desired. The maximum retention period for a real-time report is 24 hours (1440 minutes). The real-time data is updated every 20 seconds.

You can use the checkbox against each platform to filter content by platform.

To download a report in Excel format, click the download icon on the right-hand side of the table. 

With the advanced Filter, you can apply multiple filter criteria, such as content genre and video title, to refine your search criteria.
