Privacy Policy Page

About Ancillary Pages

At the time of your onboarding to Tools, our team will create the About Us, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service Pages under the Ancillary Pages section. You can update the page contents when necessary.

As Tools Admin, you can also create new Ancillary pages to support a variety of use cases for your site and apps such as Cookie Policy, Accessibility Assistance, Feedback, Refund Policy, FAQ, and more. Learn how to create a new Ancillary Page. After creating a page, go ahead and add the Rich Text module to the page. The Masthead and Footer modules are optional but recommended. 

Update a Privacy Policy Page

The Privacy Policy pages are created on two fronts: one page specific for Roku and the other for all other platforms. This is because Roku supports only plain text format. For more information, see Creating Roku-friendly Ancillary Pages.

To update the privacy policy, from AppCMS, click Edit Template Builder, then go to Ancillary Page - Privacy policy pages and update the verbiage in the Rich Text Module. 

For these changes, a new app build is not necessary — you will go live on all platforms upon publishing the page.
