Easily integrate with any of the popular marketing platforms like Mandrill/Mailchimp, Airship, Hubspot, Clever Tap, Segment, Satisfi, and Whatcount. We send the kind of user data you want to a platform of your choice. These integrations enable you to deliver marketing campaigns, create new audience segments based on specific user criteria, know users' team preferences, and programmatically add consenting users (SVOD users with email consent set to "true") to your contact lists. 

We update the MailChimp / Clevertap /HubSpot when:

• User register /signup 
• User login 
• User subscribes 
• User purchases a content 
• User subscription renews 
• User subscription is canceled 
• User subscription is suspended (because of payment failure) 
• Any changes to user profile

In the NOTIFICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT CHANNELS, enter the API keys of the engagement platform you want to use. Tools connect to the API of a platform using these API keys. In case the API gets deleted from Tools, generate a new API or copy the existing API back, and add the key back in this AppCMS section.

Airship

To get your Airship account App Key, App Secret, or Master Secret for Airship, open the app in the Airship dashboard. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page shows this information on the right side of the screen.

Cookiebot Registration Key

Configure Cookiebot settings on your site. Cookiebot is a consent management platform (CMP) that helps your site to add a consent banner with cookie declaration to comply with data privacy regulations, such as the GDPR and the CCPA. This lets your users choose to consent to all cookies, only essential cookies, or no cookies at all.

To initialize Cookiebot, we need the browser script which will have your site's domain group ID, which is a unique identifier that is used to track the website's consent settings. Enter the Cookiebot Registration Key in Tools settings and click Save.

Enable Web Push Notification Settings

Push notifications are messages that are sent to users' devices even when the app is not open. To enable CleverTap push notifications on your website, turn on the Push Notifications toggle and enter the required information in the fields, as shown in the screenshot. You can configure the notification differently for Registered and Anonymous users.

Satisfi

Satisfi is a chatbot that can be embedded into your site. ViewLift will add a chat script obtained from Satisfi Labs in the body section of the website HTML. The code added to the website body will apply to all pages. This means that the chatbot will appear on all pages in the website.

 You will need to provide us with two pieces of information:

Satisfi Chat ID: the unique identifier for your chatbot.

Satisfi Chat Execution Delay Time: the number of seconds after the page load that you want the chatbot to appear.

Once the chatbot is integrated, it will appear as a popup in the bottom right corner of your Home page.
