ISP

Use the Quality of Service > ISP metrics to learn how long it takes to render videos across various ISPs of your end-users. The default chart shows the buffering ratio of the top 5 internet service providers for a time range. Note that the ISP reports show only the top 5 ISPs' data in the graph and the row chart. The numbers for the rest of the ISPs are displayed at the top of the screen and not included in the reporting.

Click on the Day, Week, Month tabs in the graph area to get reports by day, week, and month.

ViewLift recommends using the latest version of the Google Chrome web browser for a better viewing experience. The videos are available in different resolutions, ranging from 90p to 1080p and you can choose the video resolution according to the speed of your internet. The streaming quality can be only as good as the internet connection. If there are persisting issues, please advise users to reinstall the app and clear the cache and cookie of the web browser then try again.
