Geography

Use the Quality of Service > Geography report to check the overall streaming quality and network latency by City, Country Subdivision, and Country for a set report range.

Click on the Day, Week, Month tabs in the graph area to get reports by day, week, and month.

For a geographic overview of your audience. you can use your GA/Firebase dashboard, it is captured in Analytics > Audiences. 

Live games are typically configured with geo-restrictions. If a user is having trouble watching a game, you can request them to share their device info, zip code, and IP Address (use a service like https://www.whatismyip.com).
