Article summary

The Free Preview aims to provide a free preview of all content types before the users are asked to log in or subscribe to continue watching. In the Features tab in AppCMS Settings, enable the Free Preview toggle and select the number of minutes in the Length field to enable free preview.

Free Preview can be enabled in two forms for the content:
A. Per Video toggle ON:
With Per Video toggle ON, you can allow the user to watch each video on the site (Including Free, SVOD, Live Stream, and AVOD) for the number of minutes you have specified in the above Length field.
B. Per Video toggle OFF:
With Per Video toggle OFF, you can allow the user to watch videos (Including Free, SVOD, Live Stream, and AVOD) for a total duration of minutes combined, as per the minutes specified in the Length field. Once the free preview ends, the Login / Subscribe wall will show up on the video based on content models associated with the video.
