Q. How can I close out subscriptions for accounts that have disputed charges and lost?

You will have to manually remove access or cancel subscriptions to the disputed accounts of the users one by one. The current Users management system does not have the option to automatically shut down content access to these subscriptions.

Your LG TV app has no control over this error. You can follow the steps below to fix the problem.

  • Restart your device
  • Unplug your device from power.
  • Press the power button on the device once and wait 1 minute, or leave it unplugged for 3 minutes instead.
  • Plug your device back in.
  • Turn your device on and launch your app again.
    If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app, deleting unused apps to free up space, and clearing the app's cache.
App not streaming properly on FireTV stick and iPhoneThis issue may be caused due to several factors, such as network connectivity, app settings, or device-specific issues.
Common troubleshooting of streaming issues
  • Ensure a stable internet connection. 
  • Please update the app to the latest version. Sometimes, updates can include bug fixes.
  • Clear cache: On your Fire Stick, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Your App > Clear Cache.
  • Try restarting your device.
If you're streaming from the Web, try deleting your browser's cache and cookies and check again.
