Distribution Device Info

Within Quality of Service in the left navigation, click on Distribution Device Info, and you land on the page as displayed below.

The default chart shows the buffering ratio of different operating systems.

1. You can look at data from different platforms by selecting the name of the platform and hit Apply.

2. Click on Browser and Device Name, you can view the chart based on your selected metrics in relation to different browsers and devices.

3. You can set the time range for your report. Hit the Apply button to apply the dates.

4. Hit filters button, you can filter the data by the operating system, browser and/or device name.

5. You have the option to set your metric to buffering ratio, time to the first byte, or average resolution.

6. Click the list button to view it by a list. You are also able to click the download icon to download the list. (From the left to the right as shown in the image above)
