Within AppCMS in the top navigation, click SETTINGS on the left navigation menu and then the chevron to expand the CUSTOMER SERVICE section.
In this section, you can enter the Customer Service information for your platform. At a general level, add the Customer Service Email and Phone Number associated with your business.
Apptentive integration
Add Apptententive interactions to engage your customers. Apptentive uses Events to determine when to display any Interaction, like the Love Dialog, Surveys, or Rating Dialog. Events are typically actions like “Performed Search,” “Purchased,” or “Viewed Profile.” To get started and set up, click here.
If you already have an Apptentive account, provide your account credentials like Apptentive App ID, Key, App Key, and App Signature. To obtain the credentials, see Initialize Apptentive for iOS and Initialize Apptentive for Android. Make sure you use the Apptentive App Key and Apptentive App Signature for your iOS and Android apps on the API & Development page. The API key is used to identify the calling program, its developer, or the user to the website. In addition, they provide project identification and authorization.
Freshchat integration
Add Freshchat customer support to your site. To obtain the configuration keys, refer to this support article by Freshdesk or reach out to a Freshdesk representative. Copy the keys into the associated fields in the AppCMS.
Zendesk integration
Set up Zendesk helpdesk on your site. To do this, enter your Zendesk App ID. To obtain Zendesk client ID, from your Zendesk account, click the Settings icon on the left rail, then click API. Locate the OAuth Clients tab and click the + button. Give your client a name, example, exampletv-and-zendesk.
Scroll down, enter https://oauthsfdc.exampletv.com in Redirect URLs, and press Save. You will get a prompt telling you that client ID and client secret will be displayed only once. Click OK. Copy your client ID and client secret and save it here in the AppCMS settings.
