Each field with a red asterisk (*) denotes a required field. These are minimum requirements of completion before you can publish your photo gallery. They include title, permaliink, author, description and images.

The TITLE field should be editorialized using upper and lower case style rules. Best practices suggest that you remove the numeric identifier auto-generated by the creation of the article from this field.

The PERMALINK should following the following guidelines:

no spaces or special characters, with the exception of underscore (_) or dash (-). We suggest dashes as a best practice.
all alpha characters should be lower-case
Best practices suggest that you remove the numeric identifier auto-generated by the creation of the article from this field.
No white spaces should exist before or after the permalink
a slash character (/) must always be the first character in a permalink
Feel free to use SEO keywords in your permalink as you see fit.
The AUTHOR field is customer-facing as photo galleries should get either proper name or staff attribution.

The IMAGES module is so you can set a cover image default for your gallery. This gets accessed by clicking on the MANAGE IMAGES key:

Once the image module is open you can now upload or search for images to add to the article in the image repository:

For photo galleries, your cover image should be added to the 16:9 (1920 x 1080) as this is the minimum requirement for the cover. If you have use cases to present a 32:9 carousel of multiple photo galleries, then you could also cut / upload for that image spec as well.

Left-click on the PHOTO GALLERY module to expand this section:

From here, you can drag-and-drop images you wish to upload and arrange in your gallery. You can also browse/search inside the image repository to add images to the gallery you wish to organize.

Once images have been added to the left vertical pane, you can drag and drop to order/reorder them as you see fit.

We recommend 16:9 landscape images as a best practice, but you can also include portrait images as you see fit. Any portrait aspect radio images will be presented with pillar boxing on the left and right vertical panes.
