Learn how to check Prepaid and TVOD coupons in Tools.

In the main navigation, click on Monetization, then click on Coupons in the sub-navigation. In the input tab, enter a prepaid redeem coupon code to check the validity. The platform will inform whether the coupon has been redeemed or is still active. 

Prerequisites

• The offer code is attached to a plan. To do this, open the plan page and then make this offer code Acceptable under Manage Acceptable Offer.
• A Redeem page is created in Template Builder which is used to redeem codes.
• A TVOD plan is created and the content is added to the plan for redeeming for free. For more information, see Redemption Codes.

Note that SVOD offers cannot be checked from here. To check coupon validity on recurring SVOD plans, try applying the code on the Stripe checkout page on Website.
