Toggle plan-level features that control what customers can do — streaming quality, downloads, device limits, ad behavior, and user-type targeting.

The selected features are applied to the plan. These settings determine what customers on this plan can and cannot do.

Prerequisites
- You must be creating a plan. Feature settings cannot be changed after the plan is saved for the first time.

Feature Toggles
The following on/off toggles are available:

| Show Ads | Ads may be shown while accessing content on this plan |
| Allow Casting / Beaming | Users can cast or beam content to external devices (Chromecast, etc.) |
| Allow Downloads | Users can download content for offline viewing |
| HD Streaming | HD quality streaming is enabled |
| 4K Streaming | Ultra-high-definition streaming is enabled where supported |
| Login Required | Users must be logged in to access content |
| Email Required | Users must provide an email address to access content |
| Chat Enabled | Chat or messaging features are available |
| TV Everywhere (TVE) | Access via a supported pay-TV provider login |
| Churned Users | Apply this configuration to users who have cancelled |
| Logged-in Users | Apply this configuration to logged-in users |
| Non Logged-in Users | Apply this configuration to users who are not logged in |
| Subscribed Users | Apply this configuration to users with an active subscription |
| Transaction Purchased | Apply this configuration to users who purchased via a one-time transaction |
Feature Limits
These numeric fields set upper bounds:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Max Allowed Devices | Maximum registered devices. Leave empty for unlimited. |
| Max Allowed Streams | Maximum concurrent streams. Leave empty for unlimited. |
| Max Days Allowed Outside Region | Days users can access content outside their registered region. |
Content Consumption Platforms
Select which platforms content can be consumed on under this plan. This is separate from the platform list in Country Variants — it controls content playback capability rather than plan availability.
Expected Behavior
- All toggles default to off.
- Numeric fields accept positive integers only. Empty means unlimited.
- The platform selection is independent of Country Variant platform configuration.

Feature settings are locked after the plan is first saved. They cannot be modified on an existing plan. Configure them carefully during creation.

If Something Goes Wrong
- Toggles are greyed out? → You are editing an existing plan. Feature settings are locked after creation.
- Max devices/streams not enforced? → These limits are applied during playback. Changes may take a short time to propagate.
