Bulk Update

Once you log into appCMS and enter the CONTENT section you will notice a new look. The ADD NEW key is now towards the right and has a drop-down:

On the left rail of the content list, you will see a select all checkbox, as well as checkboxes next to every content piece:

If you wish to cherry-pick the videos for bulk actions, instead of using the select-all checkbox, you can individually select the checkboxes next to the specific videos that need care:

If you wish to apply a bulk change to all videos in the viewable list, click on the select-all checkbox to the left of ALL in the grey horizontal margin. With a select-all use case, you will notice that all videos on this page array are now selected, and you will see a new toolset across the top horizontal:

Now that the videos have been selected, you can choose your bulk action accordingly. With tags and categories, you can add or remove one or multiple tags or categories in one bulk activity:

Once you have selected the video(s) to get bulk change and designated the change, you can click on the action keys to bulk PUBLISH, bulk UPDATE, bulk UNPUBLISH, bulk ARCHIVE, bulk TAG manage or bulk CATEGORY manage.
