BULK ingestion and update of users via SFTP

ViewLift has a product (add-on) which allows a brand to do B2B deal and ingest users in BULK and pre-entitle them on subscriptions.

How it works

• We setup a SFTP account where you drop a CSV file with name, email and how long the subscription is valid for
• You or your partners can drop a CSV manually or in an automated way and we will ingest these users in our system, create their account, setup their entitlement and send a welcome email which will ask them to set the password
• The welcome email copy and template can be customized by you
• File uploaded in SFTP should always be in CSV file format, if users in 3rd party system extend their package and you send us a new date we will extend the subscription for that user automatically in ours
• Users get attached to 1 plan we setup in config, all users will be on 1 level of entitlement weather its a year or a month. The imported users get attached to a plan created in system
• Only one email can be sent to the users and template can be changed in your email providor
• Subscription gets inititated when we import for first time and is valid for lenght of plan, when user renews; they should be added back in CSV for reimport and renewal
