Find and review users using search, sorting, and pagination in User Management.

Admins who need to locate users and inspect account access quickly.
When do I use this?
Use this when you need to find a user by name/username, review access status, or open a user for editing.
What will happen?
You can filter and sort the user list, then open an existing user record to edit.

Prerequisites

Requires access to Admin > User Management.

Steps
Step 1: Open User Management
Go to Admin and open User Management.
Step 2: Search for a user
Use the search box to filter by name or username.
Step 3: Sort the list
Use sorting controls to sort by:
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
You can switch sort order as needed.
Step 4: Use pagination controls
Adjust items per page and move between pages to view more users.
Step 5: Open a user for editing
Click the Edit action in a row to open that user record.
Expected Behavior
- While data is loading, an inline loading state appears.
- If no users match, a no-results message is shown.
- The list updates based on search, sorting, and pagination selections.
- Editing opens the selected user's edit page.

- No users are shown
Check your search keyword and clear filters to retry. - List keeps showing loading
Refresh the page and try again.
